
1) Real Fred Perry polos always feature buttons that are of the same color as the dominate shirt colour. For example, think twice when you see a red polo shirt with white buttons.
2) The classic Twin Tipped Polo should have a blue tag, and not a black one.
3) Fred Perry buttons are embossed with the words "Fred Perry".
4) Fred Perry do not attach green tags on their polos.
5) Look were the laurel is - it should be over the heart and not too big/too small
6) Ask the seller for the style reference number off the bottom label
7) Many fake Fred Perry's do not have a spare button attached to the wash label

How to distinguish if the Fred perry laurel t shirts was fake or authentic? Can you show some pictures of it?
my daughters tee bought at the official shop in Cardiff does not have fred perry stamped on the buttons.
by the way i'm looking for a spare black button for a polo - where?
tried the official shop - they don't hold spares.
